Police: Victim Injured During Armed Robbery in South County
Police are investigating an attempted armed robbery near Suson Park Sunday. The crime resembles an incident near Oakville Elementary School last month.
St. Louis County Police are investigating an armed robbery in South County near Suson Park on Sunday. The robbery resembles an incident near Oakville Elementary School last month.
A man and his wife were parking their car in their garage in the 13000 block of Wynston Trace Court around 8:30 p.m. Sunday when two suspects approached them, one pulling out a gun, said the St. Louis County Police spokesman Randy Vaughn.
After a physical struggle with the male victim, the suspects fled the area without taking anything of value. The male victim was slightly injured, including a laceration to his head and hand, police said.

The St. Louis County Police Department Affton-Southwest Precinct has added extra patrol to the area and will continue to search for the suspects.
