South County Man Faces Fourth Impaired Driving Charge

Kristopher Ryan Nalley was charged with DWI after officers pulled him over at Heinz Road and Royal Point Court in South County.

A South County man faces his fourth impaired driving charge after being pulled over Aug. 31.

Kristopher Ryan Nalley, 34, of the 5100 block of Deerfield Circle Drive in South County, was charged with driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, a felony. Nalley has two previous DWI convictions and one conviction for driving with excessive blood-alcohol content.

St. Louis County Police said an officer pulled Nalley over Aug. 31 at Royal Point Court and Heinz Road on a traffic violation. The officer said Nalley’s speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot, and he failed sobriety tests.

Nalley refused a Breathalyzer test, and a search warrant was obtained to draw his blood.

Nalley is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $20,000.
