MoDOT Releases Weekend Regional Work Zones

Several projects this weekend that may affect Oakville travelers will require interstate lane closures. At this time, no full interstate closures are expected.

In the City of St. Louis, two lanes on eastbound Interstate 44 will be closed for pavement repair from Shrewsbury to Hampton, starting at 8
p.m. today. Crews will reopen the two lanes by 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1.

The two left lanes on I-270 at I-44 will be closed from north of I-44 to south of Rott Road starting at 8 p.m. today. These lanes also will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 1.

Motorists should be aware of the following ongoing closures:

  ·    I-55, St. Louis City, Delor Street across I-55 is closed for bridge
replacement.

  ·    I-55, St. Louis City, Holly Hills across I-55 is closed for bridge
replacement.

  ·    I-64, St. Louis City, eastbound 11th Street exit ramp closed weekdays 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

  ·    Grand Blvd, St. Louis City, closed from I-64 to Chouteau by St. Louis City until mid 2012.
