MSD to Hold Public Hearings on Rate Proposal

One hearing will be at Cliff Cave Library.

The Metropolitan Sewer District is holding open hearings for the public to ask questions about a rate proposal that would increase bills for area residents.

The proposal would finance more than $1 billion in investments to the area’s water collection and treatment system after a lawsuit with the Environmental Protection Agency
