Blarney Stone Sports Bar and Grill, 4331 Telegraph Rd.
Inspection date: Jan. 24 (follow-up)
Grade: A (100)
Comments: During an inspection on Jan. 14, Hepatitis A records were incomplete. An inspector noted that an employee was touching ready to eat food with bare hands. The item was corrected by the follow-up inspection date. 

Buffalo Wild Wings, 570 South County Center Way
Inspection date: Jan. 24 (follow-up)
Grade: A (99)
Comments: In a Jan. 14 inspection, the bar dish machine was not dispensing sanitizer; top rails on prep tables weren’t maintaining proper temperatures; chemical spray bottles were missing labels; Hepatitis A records were incomplete; and cracked plastic food containers and lids needed to be replaced. All items had been corrected by the follow-up inspection, except the cracked containers had yet to be replaced.

Burger King, 5601 Telegraph Rd.
Inspection date: Jan. 11
Grade: A (98)
Comments: The hamburger freezer was missing a thermometer; floors were not maintained clean.

Cheese Shack, 4562 Lemay Ferry Rd.
Inspection date: Jan. 9
Grade: A (98)
Comments: This was an opening inspection. Heptatis A records and food protection certification were incomplete. Debris accumulation was noted on equipment. In a follow-up inspection, also on Jan. 9, equipment was recommended for cleaning.
