Café Madeleine’s Tim Zingrich Receives Hospitality Hero Award

Butler's Pantry's employee recieves Hospitality Hero Award

Café Madeleine’s Service Director Tim Zingrich has been designated a Hospitality Hero by the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission. Café Madeleine located at Piper Palm House  in Tower Grove Park is owned and operated by Butler’s Pantry, a premier St. Louis catering company.

The St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission recognizes “Super Heroes” in the hospitality industry who go above and beyond the call of duty. The program is an important tool in recognizing frontline employees.  Guest-service staff can position St. Louis as a guest-friendly destination, giving our city an effective edge in luring groups and conventions to our region.

Tim was nominated for going above and beyond the call of duty by delivering a lost wallet to its rightful owner.  Tim searched the reservation log for the guest’s phone number and he called the owner several times until he reached him.  Tim then used his personal time to meet the guest and return the wallet. The guest was most grateful as he was departing on a flight that night.
