Free Early Pregnancy Class

St. Anthony's Medical Center is offering a free early pregnancy class for couples or mothers in the first 24 weeks of pregnancy. This one-session class will help you understand the anatomy and physiology of pregnancy and fetal development, and prepare you to cope with discomforts and keep proper nutrition and exercise.

The program is free, but registration is required.
