Grocery Store Tour With St. Anthony's Dietitian

No matter how determined you may be to eat healthy, a trip to the grocery store can be daunting and distracting. Join St. Anthony's dietitian Elizabeth Patton for a tour of the grocery store. She will show you how to make food choices that are both healthful and affordable, and give you tips on reading and comparing food labels. You may also take the opportunity to take advantage of healthy eating programs that the store itself offers.
