Mehlville Schools Accepting Distinguished Service Award Nominations

Do you know someone who's made a huge difference to Mehlville students and staff? Nominate them for the 2013 award by March 30.

The Mehlville School District is now accepting nominations for its 2013 Distinguished Service Award (DSA), according to a news release from the school district.

This annual honor recognizes individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to the lives of Mehlville students or staff, an individual school or to the entire District during the past 12 months. Any District parent, resident, business person or civic group is eligible to win the Distinguished Service Award. In addition, former District employees who continue to provide volunteer services at schools within the District can be nominated as well. Former Board of Education members whose terms ended at least three years ago but remain active supporting the District are also eligible for the award.

DSA nominees should be involved in a variety of school or District activities and/or services and are supportive of the District, its students and staff. Any Mehlville School District resident, student or staff member may submit a nomination for the 2013 Distinguished Service Award. Nomination forms are available under the Community tab at www.mehlvilleschooldistrict.com.
