Raise the Roof: The Latest on Mehlville High School Auditorium Progress

Roof staging began this week.

Are you still keeping an eye on construction progress of Mehlville High School's new auditorium?

The cinder block 'footprint' of the building is now done, which allowed for roof work to begin this week, according to an update provided at the April 25 Board of Education meeting. Roof staging started Monday.

"We've been challenged, of course, with the weather... that's all taken into consideration. All in all, the project is going really smooth," director of facilities Steve Habeck said.
