Boot Camp Class
Boot Camp Class starting September 18th. This is a 5 wk boot camp, which we will be mixing traditional core and body strength exercises with high intensity cardiovascular intervals. This Boot Camp will provide the perfect combination of motivation and challenges to push each individual harder than they’ve ever been pushed before, while having fun and seeingresults, all in the same work out. All fitness levels are welcome, work at your own comfort level.
