South City Family YMCA Day Camp
Type of Camp: Traditional outdoors, half day preschool, aquatics, special interest, sport, skate and CIT (counselor in training)

Traditional Camp: All day outdoor camp, running 9:00 a.m- 4:00 p.m with free before care 6:30-9:00 and aftercare 4:00-6:00 p.m. Traditional camp offers a wide variety of activities from arts and crafts, games and swimming. Special Interest/Sports/Aquatics/Skate: these camps focus on a more specific hobby, such as swimming, crafting, cooking, skating, baseball, etc. Every week a different set of special interest camps will be available to choose from (special interest camps start June 3rd). 1/2 day preschool: hours are 9:00 a.m -12:00 p.m (no before/after care available for this camp). This is the only camp that meets indoors. There will be outside play time daily and snack served. CIT (counselors in training): This is a 4 week camp running from June 17th to July 12th. It gives teens ages 14-17 a chance to experience a camp counselor position while enhancing vital job skills for the future. Every participant must apply and interview for CIT camp.

Please send lunch from home. We are a peanut free school. Snack and drink will be provided.

Jefferson County Family YMCA Summer Camp
Type of Camp: Traditional and Half-day Camps including Pottery, Cheer & Dance, Swimming, Volleyball, Basketball, Health & Fitness and Fun & Games

Traditional camp is a full day camp that is available from 6am to 6pm. Field trips to area attractions are scheduled every Friday. Activities include arts & crafts, sports, swimming, character development and team building. Half-day morning camps focus on a specific interest each week and are available 6am - noon.
