Ronnie's Sells Out 'Dark Knight Rises' in IMAX Midnight Premiere
The landmark theater has scheduled additional showings to accommodate eager patrons.
The third and final film in the most recent sequence of Batman lore, the much-anticipated "The Dark Knight Rises" is, not surprisingly, selling out for midnight showings across the nation.
Ronnie's 20 Cine on Lindbergh Boulevard, whose website said it is "one of only 100 theaters in the northern hemisphere" to show "The Dark Knight Rises" in IMAX format, has sold out of its midnight premiere this Thursday into Friday.
Luckily, for those wishing to see the IMAX version at $15.50 per adult ticket, Ronnie's has added 3:35 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. showings July 20 to provide further options for anxious fans.
