Horrible management and heaven forbid something breaks in your apt. It will NEVER get fixed or get "fixed" enough to work a few days a break again. I thought, oh!, great deal on rent and it looks pretty quiet but DONT spend your money on this place. There are weirdos who just stand outside and look at you and some guy came up and banged on my door and covered the peep hole.... Ive been talked down to by the staff and accused of doing all kinds of crazy things. (I am a very quiet tenant with small children). I am looking to break my lease and if anything else happens, I will be pressing charges....

I have lived here almost a year and I love it! I have never had a problem with getting anything fixed and the new management has always been wonderful to work with. The property is getting some much needed repairs that have been let go in the past. There was also a MAJOR cleanup in "problem tenants" that were gotten rid of and if there is any problems now, they are dealt with quickly. It is a very quiet and reasonably priced place. I would recommend. I think it is sometimes the "problem tenants" that are evicted that come back and write such awful reviews.
