Return policy states 90 days with receipt. I purchased a mattress in-store for delivery. When received it was different than what was on the floor. Less substantial, no hand grips on the side, different color, etc. I tried to return it within one week with my receipt and was told All Sales Are Final. I am closing my JCPenney credit card and will never purchase from them again.
