I've been using this pharmacy for years and it never ceases to amaze me how much Tom and Lynn care about their patients! They always go above and beyond and take time out of their busy day to talk to me about how I'm feeling and even what my grandkids are up to. It's a very warm and welcoming place, and I like that someone always answers the phone when I call. And they deliver my prescriptions and other items I may need such as toothpaste for free! Who else does that these days? I highly recommend the Affton Medicine Shoppe!

Despite the fact that the Medicine Shoppe is part of a large chain, the pharmacy has the feel of a friendly neighborhood shop. Walk in and be greeted by the smiling faces of owner Tom Schmittgens or his wife (and pharmacist), Lynn. The pharmacy, which has been serving the community since 1968, offers financial assistance to aid those who have trouble affording their medications, and delivery to those who cannot travel to pick up their drugs.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don't know who you think you are. We are transferring our prescriptions from your store. I cannot believe you actually said "F___ you" before you hung up on us. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

Maybe you were in a bad mood. Maybe someone else had yelled at you minutes before. It doesn't matter. Without customers YOU ARE NOTHING - YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.
We transferred our prescriptions to your store because we liked the idea of using a family pharmacy instead of a corporate conglomerate. Well, I have to tell you we have NEVER been treated as poorly by one of the big chain pharmacies as we were by you today.
