This state-leased facility is a one-stop shop for helping citizens with personal matters. On the ground floor is the Missouri Career Center and the Family Services center, where people can apply for food stamps, the Missouri Health Net, and temporary assistance with child care. It also contains the offices for Child Division and Disability Determination as well as the administrative offices for Child Support. Other services include Health and Senior Services and the Department of Natural Resources, where vehicle emissions tests are administered.
