Man Leaving Jail Sends Text Saying He'd Kill His Fiancé

Noah Leyva was charged last month with assaulting the woman at their Oakville home. Police say that after leaving jail, he began texting his fiancé, telling her he was on his way to shoot her with a gun.

An Oakville man previously charged with assaulting his fiancé now is accused of harassing her by telling her he was coming to kill her. Noah Pete Leyva, 40, was charged Tuesday with harassment. St. Louis County Police said the threats started Sunday shortly after Leyva was released from jail on bond. According to a court document, Leyva repeatedly texted the woman, telling her he was on his way to her with a gun and that he would shoot her. He also said he wanted to see his daughter and was willing to die. Police said Leyva called the woman while officers were present and said he would shoot her and anyone else who was present. Leyva told the woman the police would have to kill him. Leyva is accused of assaulting the woman Feb. 4 by …

Woman Accused of Hitting Boyfriend With Car in Lemay, Police Say

The 24-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree domestic assault after she ran into the man with her car in a parking lot at Lemay Village Apartments.

A 24-year-old woman was arrested for second-degree domestic assault after she ran into her boyfriend with her car in Lemay, St. Louis County police say. The incident occurred on Saturday, April 20 in the 3800 block of Lemay Village Lane at Lemay Village Apartments, said Off. Dan Schroeder, of the St. Louis County Poilce Department's South County Precinct.  The couple, who were both intoxicated, got into an argument, and the woman told the man she was leaving, Schroeder said. She left the apartment and got into her car. The boyfriend ran to the parking lot to try and stop her from leaving, he said. South County Woman Breaks Glass Pitcher Over Boyfriend's Head, Police Say

St. Louis County Police said the man was bleeding severely from cuts suffered in the incident Tuesday.

A South County woman is accused of breaking a glass pitcher over her boyfriend’s head Tuesday, causing severe bleeding and injury. Teri L. Fiedler, 33, of the 9900 block of Clyde Avenue in South County, was charged Tuesday with second-degree domestic assault. St. Louis County Police said Fiedler hit the man with the pitcher in their home. Fiedler was being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center Wednesday. Bail was set at $25,000. Oakville Man Tased for Resisting Arrest

The man is facing charges related to defying an order of protection that protected his wife, St. Louis County police say.

An Oakville man faces charges related to defying an order of protection that protected his wife, police said. Robert Stockwood, 53, of Oakville, was charged Feb. 22 with violating a protection order and resisting arrest. St. Louis County Police said Stockwood had been served with an order of protection Feb. 17, prohibiting him from communicating with his wife or being at her home in the 4400 block of Forder Oaks Drive in Oakville. Police said he entered the home through an unlocked door and begged his wife to let him stay at the house. The woman told police she didn’t call for help because she was afraid, but left the home. She returned several hours later and ordered him to leave, but Stockwood went to the bathroom where she found him …

Mehlville Man Stabs Girlfriend in Face While Driving on I-44

The woman told Eureka police that Eldar Gyunashev told her he was going to kill her that night.

Eureka Police Department officers pulled a car over Friday after they received a 911 call about it being driven erratically on westbound Interstate 44. Police said the driver was swerving from shoulder to shoulder. But when the car was stopped, a woman, who was covered in blood, jumped from it. Police said the woman’s boyfriend, Eldar Gyunashev, 33, of Mehlville, stabbed her in the face Friday, and threatened to kill her. The stab wound caused trauma that will require oral surgery, according to a court document. Police said Gyunashev also was covered in blood. Oakville Man Shoots at Ex-Wife, St. Louis County Police Say

Sanimir Mustic is being held in St. Louis County jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

An Oakville man faces criminal charges after he shot at his ex-wife Saturday. Sanimir Mustic, 43, of the 3200 block of Kingsridge Manor Drive in Oakville, was charged Sunday with second-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action. St. Louis County Police said Mustic fired a shot at the woman using an Inter Tech 9 mm Luger. The woman was not injured. Mustic is being held in St. Louis County jail. Bail was set at $50,000, cash only. So sorry for this family and the ex wife. The Violence Agianst Women Act should be a no brainer but when you hear these stories it is a further reminder of the violence that men have over women. That is why so many men in our govenerment are choosing not to support the Violence Against Women Act. More violence in a more passive way. Oh and more guns are good for the people, right? Man Punched, Threatened Ex-Girlfriend With Shotgun, Police Say

Tyler Waters, 21, was on parole after pleading guilty to four counts each of theft and property damage in November 2010.

A South County man punched his ex-girlfriend and threatened her with a shotgun Feb. 9, St. Louis County Police said. Tyler A. Waters, 21, of the 4400 block of Little Chief Drive in South St. Louis County, was charged Feb. 12 with second-degree domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. St. Louis County Police said Waters punched his ex-girlfriend in the face and threatened her with a black, pistol-grip shotgun. Waters is not allowed to possess a firearm because he's been convicted of a felony. Waters was on parole with the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty in November 2010 to four counts of theft and four counts of property damage. Police: Man Choked, Threatened to Tase Girlfriend

Police said several witnesses saw the incident.

A man choked his girlfriend and threatened to shoot her with a Taser he was holding Nov. 29 in the 2200 block of Pecan Drive. Nicholas Ray Pirtle, 51, of Farmington, was charged Nov. 30 with second-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon. St. Louis County Police said several witnesses saw Pirtle choke his girlfriend and threaten to tase her. Police said in a report that Pirtle has 20 felony convictions. He was sentenced in 1993 to 20 years in prison for four counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of stealing, three counts of resisting arrest, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and possession of burglar tools. Reginald Daugherty, 26, of the 10200 block of Marble Arch Lane in South County, was charged with second-degree domestic assault. St. Louis County Police said Daugherty grabbed the woman and choked her at his home. Crime Report: Four Domestic Assaults in South County

The St. Louis County Police crime report from June 16 to June 24 includes incidents occurring in Mehlville, Oakville and Lemay.

The following information was supplied by the St. Louis County Police Department. Please contact the South County Precinct with information regarding crimes. June 16 A black, 1987 Buick Grand National was reported stolen from the 5100 block of Kerth Road.  June 19 A workbench was reported stolen from the 3400 block of Summit Road.  June 20 Clothing was reported stolen from the South County Mall.  June 21 June 22 June 23 June 24 Police are looking for a suspect in connection with a domestic assault. The victim's brother, who is a mixed martial arts trainer, assaulted the woman. He kneed her in the face several times before fleeing the area at 300 Placid Avenue.
