'American Idol' Heads to St. Louis

The TV show will hold auditions Tuesday.

Get those windpipes ready for some singing— Fox’s American Idol is coming to St. Louis. The television show will hold auditions Tuesday at the Scotttrade Center. Interested singers can register for the auditions on Sunday and Monday, the show’s website states. Riverfront Times reported camping outside the audition area will not be allowed.  The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported Saturday that auditions are open to people between ages 15 and 28. Those who register will get a wristband, the paper reported. But those expecting to meet judges like Steven Tyler or Jenifer Lopez will be disappointed. Mehlville Hockey Club Looking for Breakthrough

Mehville went 4-15-2 last season and is currently 0-2-1 this season. The young Panthers only have one senior on the team.

The Fox Warriors were in an unfamiliar situation, taking a 4-0 lead on Monday night and beating the Mehlville Panthers 6-1 in a South Conference matchup. Unfortunately for Mehlville, the situation was very familiar for them.   Mehville went 4-15-2 last season and is currently 0-2-1 this season. The young Panthers only have one senior and three juniors on the team. The rest are underclassmen. Much of their hopes this season will depend on the success of 5-foot, 6-inch, 135-pound freshman goaltender Alexander Hubbard, who kept Mehlville in the game for as long as he could on Monday night.
