Keith Labitska died Wednesday in a car crash after trying to avoid a deer. His death sparked prayers, memories and mourning from his Oakville High School Class of 1989 classmates.
Keith Labitska, an alum of Oakville High School's 1989 class, died Wednesday. Labitska, 41, died after crashing his car on I-55 at Imperial Main when he swerved to avoid a dead deer, according to Fox2Now. Labitska leaves behind a wife, Molly Ann (Miller) Labitska, and two children, Charles and Joseph. "What a terrible loss," wrote Scott Breihan, who knew Labitska from playing soccer together as kids, on the Oakville Senior High Memories Facebook page. "My thoughts and prayers are with his family. He will be missed." Friends have set up a trust fund for Labitska's sons at US Bank. Labitska's funeral was Saturday.
