  I went in to purchase a $2 rose to cheer someone up that was having a bad day and Florence was beyond helpful. You'd think I had a $100 huge bouquet purchase. She wrapped in really nice paper and stuck in a card. I would definitely use her for something large because of the amount of care she puts into every purchase, large or small.

  Unfortunately my experience was similar to I d's. The waitstaff was rude and walked around texting on the floor. My waitress didn't write our order down and mixed it up when she put it in. She also allowed another party to come in and change all the televisions to what they wanted to watch in the bar section where I was sitting, and then asked if it was okay afterwards.

  The food was good. The customer service and ambiance make up for anything you'd think the food was lacking. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I went on a Thursday when live music was played, which made it even better.

  I went last summer while car shopping. Even though I ended up purchasing somewhere else in Hazelwood, the saleswoman that helped me was completely helpful and even tried to help me find a vehicle with the things I wanted at another GMC dealership since this one didn't have the color and other items I wanted in stock.
