Senior Housing Complex Comes to Planning Commission in July

The Oakville senior housing complex being built on Telegraph Road will come under review at the St. Louis County Planning Commission meeting in July.

The St. Louis County Planning Commission plans to discuss the senior housing complex under construction on Telegraph Road in Oakville at 7 p.m. on July 15 at the county council chambers in Clayton, 41 S. Central Ave.

Mehlville-Oakville Patch learned when the issue would be discussed from Linda Henry, executive assistant to County Councilman Steve Stenger. 

The St. Louis County Council voted to send the construction of the senior housing complex back to the planning commission to re-consider the zoning.
